Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT), Manipal offers admission to undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. To be considered for MIT Manipal admission, candidates have to first fulfill the eligibility criteria. MIT Manipal admissions to B.Tech and M.Tech are done based on candidates' performance in the Manipal Entrance Test (MET). MIT Manipal UG Admissions

Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal offers 35 undergraduate programmes. The UG courses offered by the institute are B.Tech courses in 18 specialisations. MIT Manipal also offers B.Tech Lateral Entry in different branches. The eligibility criteria for B.Tech admission is that the candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent with an aggregate of 50% marks from a recognised board.

• Then, candidates should appear for Manipal Entrance Test (MET).

• Admission formalities are completed after verification of documents and admission fee payment.

MIT Manipal Admission Procedure- Lateral Entry B.Tech Programmes

• Candidates have to meet the required eligibility criteria for admission to Lateral Entry B.Tech programmes.

• Then, candidates should apply online on the official portal of MAHE.

• A merit list is prepared based on qualifying exam marks.

• Candidates are shortlisted based on their performance in the qualifying exam. 

• Further, a provisional admission notice is sent to the shortlisted candidates.

• Final admission is confirmed after verification of documents and course fee payment.

MIT Manipal Admissions- PG

The institute offers 27 postgraduate programmes. The PG courses offered by MIT Manipal are M.C.A, M.A Comparative Literary Studies and M.Tech in 25 specialisations. The course duration of M.C.A, M.Tech and M.A Comparative Literary Studies is 2 years. The eligibility criteria for M.Tech admission is that the candidates must have passed B.E/B.Tech in a relevant branch with an aggregate of 50% marks or equivalent from a recognised university.

• Candidates should meet the required eligibility criteria.

• For MIT Manipal M.C.A admission, candidates have to apply online on the official website of MAHE.

• Admission is done based on the merit of the previous qualifying examination.

• Then, a merit list is prepared based on the previous qualifying exam marks.

• Following that, a provisional admission notice is sent to the shortlisted candidates.

• Final admission is offered after verification of documents and admission fee payment.

MIT Manipal M.Tech Admission Procedure

• For M.Tech admission, candidates have to apply online on the official website of MAHE.

• Candidates have to appear for the Manipal Entrance Test (MET).

• Candidates have to participate in physical/online counselling.
