JNU offers admissions to a total of 179 courses. To enrol themselves in any of these courses, students must visit the official website of the university to fill the online application form. Only students who fulfill the eligibility criteria can apply for JNU admission. For JNU B.Tech admissions, students must have valid scores in CUET. For JNU PG admissions, students have to apply and appear for CUET (PG). For Jawaharlal Nehru University Ph.D admissions, students will have to appear for an entrance test conducted by the university itself.

Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi commences its admission from 1st week of May.
If you are an international student, you can get admission under three categories- a) Self Financing Students- through entrance examination and viva voce and through In Absentia b) Under the Cultural Exchange Fellowship Programme of Govt. of India c) As Casual Students to audit/credit the courses (not leading to award of any degree)
For admission in a) and b) category you have to fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria.
Viva Voce is conducted only for admission in Ph.D. courses.
For B.A.(Honours) course there are 48 seats for each language specialisation except persian honours which has 39 seats.
Candidates will be asked questions from core subjects of Life Sciences. The questions will be from research methodolgy and experimental techniques related to Life Sciences research. Candidates will be asked all the questions related to different branches of Life Sciences taught at postgraduate level.
First you must check whether you fall under the eligibility criteria or not before applying for the exam, if you are then you must fill the application form with the application fee. You must also appear for the entrance exam and you must qualify it. You should practice regularly by solving questions from the the syllabus book or previous year question papers.
Person with Disability (PWD) candidates who have passed the qualifying examination irrespective of their percentage of marks are eligible to appear in the Entrance Examination. In Ph.D. course PWD candidates must have minimum 45% marks in their postgraduation.
You must secure minimum 85 marks and higher than 85th rank to secure your admission in M.A. Political Science course.
The time limit for entrance examination of Jawaharlal Nehru University is three hours.
It is said that from next year Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi will conduct the entrance examination itself for Ph.D. candidates instead of NTA. As of now JNUEE for Ph.D. candidates is fully based on MCQ pattern but from next year questions for critical analysis will also be asked.
Currently, I am pursuing Btech in Jawharlal Nehru university. It is one of the newly introduced course in this university. There is School of Engineering in JNU for these courses. There are few faculties who are retired faculties of IIT Delhi.
