    IIT Bombay Admission Process

    Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay offers admission to a total of 106 courses at the UG, PG, Integrated and doctoral programmes. IIT Bombay accepts JEE Advanced scores for admission to B.Tech, BS and B.Tech M.Tech. Integrated programmes admission. UCEED scores are taken into consideration for IIT Bombay admission to the B.Des programme. Further, IIT Bombay M.Tech. admission is given on the basis of the candidates’ performance in GATE. First, candidates must meet the IIT Bombay eligibility criteria of the desired programme before applying for admission. IIT Bombay admission to M.Sc./M.Sc.     IIT Bombay UG Admission

    The college offers a total of 30 courses at the undergraduate level. Indian Institute of Technology Bombay offers B.Tech, BS, B.Des and B.Tech M.Tech Integrated courses at the undergraduate level.  The duration of B.Tech, B.Des and BE courses is 4 years.     IIT Bombay UG Courses Admission Process

    • Candidates have to appear and qualify the JEE Advanced.

    • Students have to appear and qualify the JEE Main and JEE Advanced.  

    • After the declaration of results, register for the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA). 

    • Choose IIT Bombay as the first choice.  

    • Candidates are allotted colleges based on choice filled, JEE Advanced score and category.

    • Once Selected for IIT Bombay admission, visit the campus.

    • Obtain a provisional letter of admission from IIT Bombay with admission details and tuition fee.

    IIT Bombay B.Des Admission Process

    • Candidates seeking admission to the B.Des programme need to appear and qualify the UCEED exam conducted by IIT Bombay.

    IIT Bombay PG Admissions

    Indian Institute of Technology Bombay offers Master of Technology (M.Tech.) programme in 40 specialisations. The duration of IIT Bombay M.Tech. courses is 2 years. The institute also offers admission to seven M.Sc. and two M.Sc. Ph.D courses. The duration of M.Sc. and M.Sc. Ph.D courses is 2 years and 6 years respectively.     Does appearing UCEED exam guranteed BDes admission in IIT Bombay, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad and IITDM Jabalpur?
