Electronics and instrumentation engineering (EIE) is an advanced branch of science that deals with the principles and operations of measuring instruments used in the design and configuration of automated systems. Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering field deals with the creation, building and maintenance of measuring and control devices and systems found in manufacturing plants and research institutions. CET- Common Entrance Test is an entrance exam conducted to grant admission to students seeking admission in the medical, dental and engineering colleges of various states of India. UPESEAT - UPESEAT (University of Petroleum and Energy Studies Engineering Aptitude Test) is conducted by the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies. The exam is conducted online and the admissions are done based on the performance of candidates in this exam.
SRMJEEE - SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Examination is conducted by SRM Institute of science and technology. This exam takes place once a year for admission into B.Tech courses in SRM. Candidates attend the examination online during April usually.
WBJEE - West Bengal Joint Entrance Exam is a state-level entrance exam conducted by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations board. This exam gives admission to B.Tech courses based on the results. The duration of the examination is 2 hours and 30 minutes and is conducted offline. After the results, the seat is allotted through e-counselling.
TNEA - Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission exam is an online entrance examination conducted once every year with 512 colleges utilising the results from this examination into giving admission into the top engineering colleges through counselling.
