Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi or IIM Ranchi, an institute of National Importance, was established in 2009 under the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India, and Government of Jharkhand. The institute offers admissions to students who fulfil the eligibility criteria for the respective course. The candidates who want to enrol themselves in IIM Ranchi for Post Graduate Programme, have to appear in CAT. To enrol in the Doctoral Programme, the candidate must qualify for CAT/GRE/GATE/GMAT/NETJRF entrance examinations. Shortlisted candidates will have to visit the campus for document verification and payment of fees.

• Appear and qualify in the CAT examination

• Attend the Personal Interview (PI) round.

• The final students will be shortlisted on the basis of their score in CAT, previous degree examination and performance in PI round.

• Appear for the WAT (Written Ability Test) and PI round.

• Students will be granted admission based on the merit score in an entrance examination, academic record and performance in WAT and PI.

• Demonstrate the research work, based on which the institute will shortlist the candidates

• Appear for the presentation and interview which is held on-campus
