MIT Manipal Placements
Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT), Manipal has a well-organised MIT Manipal placement team led by the associate director, three assistant directors, faculty members and student coordinators from each department. The institute has always been proactive in placing students into their preferred profiles. The MIT Manipal placement cell ensures that the placement drive runs smoothly and that recruiters receive assistance throughout the placement process. The Associate Director sends invitations to prospective companies to visit the campus in order to recruit UG and PG students. The visit date has been set based on mutual convenience. Every year, 300+ recruiting teams, including 500 companies, visit the campus for MIT Manipal placements and internships. Further, companies from various sectors are invited to participate in the MIT Manipal placement drive.
The institute has a sufficient infrastructure to facilitate the execution of MIT Manipal placements. Manipal Institute of Technology has a large auditorium/seminar hall that is centrally air-conditioned and is used during the pre-placement talks. For conducting online tests, computing facilities are equipped with high-speed internet connectivity. Aside from that, there are separate wifi-enabled conference rooms and individual panel rooms are used for conducting online tests. As per the MIT Manipal placement report (data taken from NIRF report) for 2019-20, the median salary offered to MIT Manipal UG and PG students was Rs.7,88,000 and Rs.7,64,000 respectively. A total of 1633 UG students were eligible for MIT Manipal placements out of which 1162 students were placed and 197 opted for higher studies in 2019-20.

Both CSE and EEE are entirely separate fields, as are MIT and MUJ as universities. You must decide whether you want to study CSE or EEE; it is simpler to compare CSE or EEE degrees from two different colleges. Therefore, decide between CSE and EEE.
First of all, you must realise that your branch should come before college as a top priority. After all, even though you'll be leaving the college in four years, your branch will follow you. You should therefore be sure that the branch you select is one that interests you. I would advise you to first review the EEE and CSE curricula to determine which subjects most closely match your interests.
And if you are still on the fence regarding CSE at MUJ, put those doubts to rest. It is a young institute with a strong placement history in the field, and the CSE branch at MUJ stands out from other branches.

If you want to do Btech in cs, then I suggest you go to MIT Manipal. The academics there are good. The environment there is also good, and the vibe is just unique. The colleges you mentioned above are also good, but Manipal is just the whole deal in one. I would suggest you go for it!
