The University College of Engineering (UCE), Osmania University, Hyderabad is Andhra Pradesh's oldest engineering college. The campus is spread over 200 acres of land. It was the 6th Engineering College to be established in British India, and it was founded in 1929, eleven years after Osmania University was founded. In 1947, the college was relocated to its current permanent location. It is now the largest of Osmania University's campus colleges. The University College of Engineering, Osmania University, Hyderabad celebrated its Golden Jubilee in 1979, Diamond Jubilee in 1989, and Platinum Jubilee in 2004. In 1994, the College was granted autonomy. In the NIRF 2021 Ranking, the college has been ranked 132 in the engineering category.

• Library 

The Library mainly purchases and maintains engineering books and papers to meet the needs of all engineering divisions as well as multidisciplinary subjects like Algebra and other areas of Mathematics, Engineering, Chemicals, and English.

• Hostels 

There are four boys' hostels and one girls' hostel at the University College of Engineering. Water filters, living quarters, exercise rooms, lockers, television, laundry facilities, security and surveillance systems, and other amenities are available in both hostels. 

• Sports Complex 

Students can use the University College of Engineering sports complex facilities if they follow the university's rules. 

• SBH Extension Counter 

On all working days, the University College of Engineering SBH Extension Counter in the College campus is available from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and also on weekends from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. In terms of delivering regular services to each bank, the Extension Counter accepts charges on behalf of the Institution, such as examination fees, records, and so on.

• Labs 

Candidates will use the University College of Engineering laboratories programme within the university's designated hours.

• Health centre 

The University College of Engineering has a health facility near the Arts Campus that supports the University's students and workers. 

• Student activity centre 

The University College of Engineering has designed a model facility named the Students Activities Centre on the College's grounds which is next to the Sports Center.

The canteen service at the University College of Engineering is mostly available to both staff and applicants studying there, with hours ranging from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and can be easily reached.

The University College of Engineering at Osmania University in Hyderabad offers a range of financial assistance to students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Students can apply for two forms of scholarships, they’re, one for SC/ST/Other Backward Groups, which is directed and provided by the Director of Social Welfare and Director of Tribal Welfare, Government of Andhra Pradesh, based on the caste or tribe the applicant belongs to, and the other is financial assistance, which is given to students who fall into the poverty spectrum. Scholarships offered by University College of Engineering, Osmania University, Hyderabad is available for students who wish to receive financial assistance from the government or university. Students can apply according to the guidelines set out. The government must approve all scholarship applications. The scholarship schemes are offered to only those students who fulfil the eligibility criteria and are economically dependent. The Placement & Training Office of the University College of Engineering at Osmania University (UCEOU) provides students with a diverse variety of job opportunities in India and abroad. The office serves as a central point of contact for several companies which work in a variety of sectors and they all sign Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs). The companies provide both internships as well as full-time opportunities, the institution provides college students career opportunities in many private and public sector organisations. The UCEOU Selection and Training Office is made up of a team consisting of a placement officer, coordinators and volunteers who are in charge of preparing, organising, and overseeing all tasks related to the recruiting process.
